    The Treasurer is responsible for the Electricity Reform Act (in so far as it relates to economic regulation), the Minister for Employment, Education and Training is responsible for the Electricity Reform Act (in so far as it relates to safety regulation) and the Minister for Essential Services is responsible for the Electricity Reform Act (in so far as it relates to supply and service provision under licence).
